We process and post orders and end of trade Tuesday to Friday so that they arrive to our customers as soon as possible. In the event that we are not able to complete an order, short stock etc we will contact you to advise of the delay.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post

We are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their order, we understand that sometimes a product isn’t exactly right once its in your hands, be it colour, texture or otherwise. We are happy to refund or exchange your order provided items were sold at full price and are still in original packaging and condition.

Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and in the case of exchange the customer will be required to cover the cost of shipping of the new product.
Returns will only be processed within 5 business days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to our approval and availability of stock.
No refunds will be offered on discounted or discontinued items.
We will advise you when a refund has been processed but please allow 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process the payment.
We take due diligence to ensure that our online store reflects our physical stock availability, sometimes due to human or database errors there may be a stock mismatch. In the event that this occurs we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible and issue a full refund for the out of stock product.

All workshops are non refundable, however if notified 48 hours before the workshop, the payment may be transferred to a different or future class. After the 48 hours notice of cancelation, you are not eligible for a refund, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
